Does sprouting peanuts improve nutrient absorption compared to regular peanut butter?

Yes. Sprouting breaks down phytic acid and enzyme inhibitors in raw peanuts that normally block zinc, iron, calcium, and B-vitamin absorption. Activated amylase, protease, and lipase enzymes improve digestibility and reduce the bloating some people experience with conventional peanut butter.
