Graphic Designer
We are looking for a creative and passionate Graphic Designer to join our team at Dhatu Organics. You will be responsible for creating compelling visual content across digital and print media — including social media creatives, product packaging, email banners, and brand collateral — that reflects our organic, earthy brand identity. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) required. A portfolio demonstrating food, lifestyle, or FMCG brand work is a strong plus.
Production Supervisor — Food Processing
Oversee food processing operations at our Mysuru facility. Ensure FSSAI quality standards, manage shift schedules, coordinate raw material inputs, and maintain hygiene and traceability across all processing lines. Prior food manufacturing experience essential; familiarity with organic or traditional methods preferred.
Sous Chef
Work alongside the Head Chef to develop recipes showcasing Dhatu's ingredients — heirloom grains, stone-milled flours, fermented preparations. Assist in menu planning, prep supervision, and kitchen staff training. Strong foundation in Indian cuisine valued. Openings in Mysuru and Bengaluru.
Head Chef
Lead our culinary team and shape Dhatu's food identity. Design seasonal menus grounded in whole, unprocessed ingredients. Manage kitchen operations and farm-sourcing collaboration. Deep respect for traditional Indian food systems and brigade management experience required.
Accounts Executive
Manage accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliation, GST filing, and vendor payments. Prepare monthly MIS reports and support annual audits. Tally proficiency required. B.Com or equivalent with 1–3 years experience preferred.
Helpers — Dispatch
Support packing and dispatch at our Mysuru warehouse. Sort, pack, label, and load daily orders. No prior experience required — full training provided. We look for people who are punctual, physically fit, and reliable.
Stock Dhatu
Carry Dhatu Organics on your shelves. We work with organic grocery stores, specialty food shops, farm stores, and health-focused retailers across Karnataka and beyond. Our products are clean-labelled, NPOP certified, and shelf-stable — easy to stock, easy to sell.
Partner with Us

Farm Partners
We source directly from certified organic farmers. If you grow heirloom pulses, millets, spices, cold-pressed oils, honey, or fresh produce using traditional or low-input methods — we'd like to learn about your farm. We value direct, long-term sourcing relationships with growers who care as much about the crop as we do about the customer.
