7. Orders & Pricing
Placing an Order
An order placed on our website constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products. Acceptance of your order — and the formation of a binding contract — occurs only when we send you an order confirmation and dispatch notification. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.
Pricing
- All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless otherwise stated
- Prices for international orders are shown in INR at checkout; your bank or payment provider will handle currency conversion
- We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders already confirmed
- In the event of a pricing error on the website, we will notify you before dispatch and offer you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order for a full refund
Promotional Offers & Discount Codes
- Discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be applied retrospectively
- Only one discount code may be used per order unless stated otherwise
- Promotional offers are valid for the period specified and subject to availability
- We reserve the right to withdraw any promotional offer at any time

9. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping timelines, charges, and our policy for damaged or lost shipments are detailed in our Shipping & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Title and risk in the products pass to you upon delivery to your specified address. For international orders, you are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees imposed by your country’s authorities.
10. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Our full returns and refund procedure is set out in our Shipping & Returns Policy and Refund Policy. Key points:
- Domestic (India) returns accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible reasons
- International orders are final — no returns accepted
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval
11. Food Safety, Allergens & Health Disclaimer
Dhatu Organics products are food items regulated under the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006 (FSSAI). Our products carry valid FSSAI licences and, where stated, NPOP organic certification.
