Domestic Shipping (India)

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the following business day. You will receive a dispatch confirmation with a tracking link once your order ships.

Timelines may extend during peak seasons, public holidays, or due to unforeseen logistical disruptions. We ship via trusted courier partners including Delhivery, Bluedart, and DTDC.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all orders above ₹499
  • Orders below ₹499 — a flat shipping fee is calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight

Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive your tracking number via email and SMS. Track your shipment directly on the courier partner’s website or contact us with your order number at support@dhatuorganics.com.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at support@dhatuorganics.com with your order number and clear photographs of the damaged product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund promptly. No restocking fees apply for damaged or lost shipments.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at checkout. Dhatu Organics is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@dhatuorganics.com — we can correct it if the order has not yet been dispatched.

International Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination, order weight, and dimensions. The amount shown at checkout is the final shipping cost — no hidden fees are added by Dhatu Organics.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping fee. Dhatu Organics has no control over customs procedures and cannot predict what charges may apply. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing an order.

If a package is refused or returned due to non-payment of customs duties, Dhatu Organics is not liable for the shipping cost, and any applicable fees will be deducted from any refund issued.

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be provided once your international order is dispatched. Tracking updates may be intermittent depending on the destination country’s postal and customs infrastructure.


Returns & Refunds — Domestic (India)

Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for the following reasons:

  • Product received is damaged or defective
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Product is significantly different from what was described on our website

Products must be returned in their original, sealed, and unused condition. Opened or partially consumed products are not eligible for return unless genuinely defective.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products (unless defective)
  • Returns initiated more than 7 days after delivery
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage by the customer
  • Perishable goods or products with a short shelf life

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email support@dhatuorganics.com within 7 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number, the reason for the return, and clear photographs of the product
  3. Our team will review your request within 2 business days and provide return instructions
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product), we will arrange and bear the full cost of return pickup
  • For all other approved returns, return shipping costs are borne by the customer

Refunds

Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of our receiving and verifying the return. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us at support@dhatuorganics.com. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled — please initiate a return after delivery if required.


Returns — International Orders

All international sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders.

If your international order arrives damaged or contains the wrong product, please contact us at support@dhatuorganics.com within 72 hours of delivery with clear photographs. We will review each case individually and may, at our discretion, offer a partial or full refund without requiring the product to be returned.
