The Dhatu Organics store in Mysore, located in Vani Vilas Mohalla, is the brand's original retail presence — the first place where the city of Mysore could access the full range of certified organic products that the Dhatu production facility in Hebbal has been creating since 2012. Mysore has a deep-rooted tradition of supporting local, artisanal, and natural food producers, and the Vani Vilas Mohalla store has grown into a neighbourhood destination: a loyal customer base of health-conscious families, yoga practitioners, Ayurveda adherents, and food-aware professionals returns week after week for fresh produce, their regular sprouted flour supply, and the restaurant's weekly-changing menu.

The Mysore store carries Dhatu's complete product catalogue — over 200 NPOP certified organic SKUs including the full sprouted flour collection (ragi, jowar, bajra, foxtail, buckwheat), cold-pressed oils (groundnut, mustard, sunflower, sesame, coconut), organic millets in whole and pre-milled forms, natural sweeteners, lacto-fermented pickles, herbal supplements, certified organic spices sourced from Karnataka, Rajasthan, and Sri Lanka, and millet-based ready-to-cook mixes. Fresh seasonal vegetables from partner farms arrive multiple times per week — produce that is certified organic and traceable to named farm plots.

As the store closest to Dhatu's production facility, the Mysore location also carries limited-edition small-batch products and new product trials that may not yet be available online or in other stores. Customers interested in Dhatu's production process are welcome to inquire at the store — we run occasional facility tours for schools, nutrition students, and professional groups by appointment.

The Mysore store operates a full millet restaurant alongside the retail floor, serving a 100% vegetarian, preservative-free menu throughout the day. The restaurant is known locally for its ragi mudde with sambar, millet thali, fermented foxtail millet dosas, and seasonal grain bowls — dishes that have built a following among health practitioners, nutritionists, and local families over more than a decade. The restaurant's menu reflects what is freshest and in season, with no MSG, synthetic flavour enhancers, artificial colours, or preservatives used in any preparation.

Store hours are 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM every day of the week, including Sundays and public holidays.
