How to use
- Hair oil blend: add 3–5 drops to 2 tablespoons of a carrier oil such as coconut, almond or sesame oil, massage into the scalp, and wash after an hour or overnight.
- Aroma: add a few drops to a diffuser or a bowl of hot water.
- In shampoo: mix a few drops into a single wash's worth of shampoo.
Safety
- For external use only. Do not swallow.
- Always dilute before applying to skin, and do a patch test on your inner arm first.
- Keep away from eyes and out of reach of children.
- Avoid during pregnancy, and check with your doctor before use if you have epilepsy or high blood pressure.
