How to use
- Aroma: add 1–2 drops to a diffuser or steam bowl.
- Diluted blends: oregano oil can irritate skin, so use only 1–2 drops in 2 tablespoons of carrier oil and patch test first.
- Home cleaning: a few drops in a vinegar-and-water spray.
Safety
- For external use only. Do not swallow.
- Always dilute in a carrier oil before applying to skin (about 3–5 drops per 2 tablespoons), and patch test on your inner arm first.
- Keep away from eyes, mucous membranes and children.
- Avoid during pregnancy and breastfeeding, and check with your doctor before use if you have a medical condition.
Storage
Keep the bottle tightly closed, away from heat and sunlight.
Blend with a carrier such as our Sweet Almond Oil or Organic Coconut Oil.
