How to use
- Aroma: add a few drops to a diffuser or a bowl of hot water.
- Massage blend: dilute 3–5 drops in 2 tablespoons of carrier oil.
- DIY skincare: add a drop to your own face oil or cream blend.
Safety
- For external use only. Do not swallow.
- Always dilute in a carrier oil before applying to skin (about 3–5 drops per 2 tablespoons), and patch test on your inner arm first.
- Keep away from eyes, mucous membranes and children.
- Avoid during pregnancy and breastfeeding, and check with your doctor before use if you have a medical condition.
Storage
Keep the bottle tightly closed, away from heat and sunlight.
