Points are added to your account automatically once your order is marked as fulfilled — typically within 24–48 hours of dispatch. You will see them reflected in your account dashboard.

Points do not expire as long as your account remains active. We recommend placing at least one order per year to keep your account in good standing.

Your VIP tier is based on your cumulative lifetime points earned — Earth at 10,000 pts, Air at 25,000, Water at 50,000, Fire at 1,00,000, and Ether at 2,00,000. Since points equal rupees spent, Earth tier is reached at ₹10,000 in total purchases.

The rewards programme is currently valid for online purchases on dhatuorganics.com only. Points cannot be earned or redeemed at our physical stores in Whitefield or Mysore at this time.

Points earned on a returned order will be deducted from your balance when the refund is processed. Any points you used to partially pay for the order will be reinstated.

You can redeem any amount of points you have — there is no minimum threshold. Choose exactly how many to apply at checkout. The equivalent discount value is shown in real time.
