Ingredients:

 Dhatu Certified Organic Sprouted Green Gram Flour 

 100 gms

 Fresh Spinach

 1 Bunch

 Onion

 1

 Green Chilli

 2

 Ajwain

 1/2 tsp

 Cumin

 1/2 tsp

 Garam Masala

 1/2 tsp

 Salt

 1 tsp

 Turmeric

 

 1/2 tsp

 Oil for frying

 1/2 Liter

Mix finely chopped onions, spinach, green chilli, ajwain seeds, cumin seeds, garam masala powder, salt. turmeric powder, sprouted green gram (mung) flour, in 100 ml of water. Mix well and make a thick paste and set aside for 10 - 15 minutes. Heat the oil, make small balls out of the paste and deep fry until golden brown. Scoop the freid pakoda onto a strainer lined with absorbant paper. Serve hot with chutney.
