Ingredients:

 Round mung beans

 100 gms

 Jaggery

 20 gms

 Water

 200 ml

 Milk

 500 ml

 Ghee

 1 Tbs

 Cardamom

 2 pods

 Cashews

 4-5 nos

 Raisins

 4-5 nos

Roast the round mung beans and grind into rough powder. Cook the mung powder with  water for 5 minutes, add milk, jaggery and cook for 2 minutes. Roast cashews and raisins in a ghee and mix then into the payasa. Add cardamom powder.

 

It is good for all the doshas. Kapha can eat less.
