All Dhatu organic products are certified by USDA Organic (NOP) and India Organic (NPOP) standards.

Dhatu products are procured from certified organic farms located all over India, and processed in a USDA and India organic certified facility. Minimal processing and traditional methods are employed to retain the wholesomeness of the products.

There are a number of reasons for the higher price of organic products when compared to the price of conventional products. • Very small farmer communities employ organic methods of cultivation. • Crop yield is less in the initial years of cultivation • Certification process adds to the cost – this is recurring cost required to maintain the organic status of the field. • Storage, shipping, processing of the organic products are challenging and involves additional costs. • A very small percentage of population are conscious about eating organic foods. However, with increasing awareness about organic foods, the pricing should get lowered and stabilized in the near future.

In one word - Yes! In a review of 400 published papers comparing organic and nonorganic foods, Soil Association Certification Ltd. Of the United Kingdom reported that organic crops were higher in essential minerals, phytonutrients, and vitamin C. In a 2002 University of Missouri study, chemists were shocked to discover that the smaller organically grown oranges delivered 30 percent more vitamin C than the large conventionally grown ones. Biochemists at Dumfries and Galloway Royal Infirmary and at the University of Strathclyde in Scotland analysed dozens of brands of organic and nonorganic soups and compared their levels of salicylic acid (anti-inflammatory agent). The organic soups had, on average, 600 % more healthful salicylic acid than the other soups. The examples can go on and on. Don’t forget that organic products are not only healthy, they are super environmental friendly as well.

No, Not really. Someone from your home can also pick your parcel. Worst case, if you are not home, you can also ask your neighbor to collect it. Just communicate it with your neighbor to look out for the courier guy and the probable time of delivery.

Once the courier has reached you, you will get a message alert about your ordering being complete. If you happen to miss it, your courier will be at the courier office. You should contact the courier company with the tracking number and they will guide you on how to collect it.

Yes, Most certainly.We understand how eager you are to get hands your hands on the products you ordered. As soon as the order leaves the warehouse, you will be sent an SMS or an Email with the dispatch details containing shipment docket number. You can track the status of your shipment on our logistic partner’s website using the docket number.

Unfortunately our logistical partner has not given that option. But order not received can be collected from your local courier shop. Or else it can be co-ordinated from our logistic partners to send it again. The delivery time will take 7 to 10 working days depends upon the location.

Payment and Pricing related questions

There is no COD option as of now. We will update the website when we offer the same.

There is no minimum order amount. But shipping costs will be more affordable for orders over 6KG.

Online payment options include Bank transfer, Credit Card and Debit Card options. COD option is not currently available with us. If you wish to choose NEFT or any other options, please contact us at for help.

Currently we accept Visa and Master cards.

We have tried to price our products as customer friendly as possible and also keeping in mind our farmers and employees. The prices include all taxes where applicable.

Yes! Your credit card or banking details are not stored with us. Payment gateway is secured and is authenticated by PayU Money.

You will receive an Email invoice as well as a physical copy with your product. Although we would like to avoid printing papers, it is a government mandate to send invoice with the couriered product. So you will have a physical as well as an e-invoice.

Return and Cancellation

If you received an item you didn't order or you did not receive an item you did order; please contact us within 24 hrs so we can ship the correct item. If the error was on our end, we'll ship the correct item to you at our cost. If the error was on your end, we'll figure out how to redress the situation as quickly as possible. You can always choose to buy something else for the same value or request a refund.

We strive hard to omit any errors from our end. Please do be considerate if you receive a damaged or expired product. There are humans working hard on delivering the products to your doorstep and the items might get damaged/exchanged/wrong during transit - though this happens very rarely. Inform our customer support executive. Within 24 hrs and we will offer a solution to your issue. We will need some information and post that we will make arrangement to replace the product or refund the amount. You might need to send pictures but not always. Our customer care executive will guide you.

You can always cancel your order before the product is shipped. In case if your product has left the warehouse and you got a message or mail about it then cancellation is not possible. Please get in touch with our customer support executive (as early as possible. It will help in preventing the wastage of lot of resources). We should be able to cancel and/or initiate reorder/ refund process.

The amount will be credited to your bank or card (whatever the payment mode you had used to buy the product. This should take a maximum of twenty working days.

We usually don’t cancel orders that have been placed, unless the product is out of stock or we may need some verification/information from your end. It shall be processed at the earliest and you shall be kept in the loop.
